. This betel leaf is quite famous in our Indian culture... from childhood I used to see that in almost every pooja we need Paan ka patta. My grandma had a nicely decorated Paan ka box where she used to kept her special pan with all paan masala and from than my mother also got addicted for paan. As a mouth freshner I used to have it after meals. And now a days there are so many different flavors of paan and dishes also.
In this summer try this super easy cool Paan drinks, it's not only give you a refreshment, it also helps your digestion system.
Ingredients:
6 Paan leaves cut into small pieces
2 tbl spoon Gulkand
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp crushed cherry
1 tsp dessicated coconut pwdr
2 Cardamom
Few drops kewra water
1 cup chilled milk
2 tbl spoon Liquid chocolate syrup
Few drops green food clr (if you wish can add)
Method :
In a blender jar put all the ingredients except chocolate syrup, and make a smooth shake. Now garnish your glasses with chocolate syrup, pour the Paan shake and serve chilled.
